I recently purchased a pair of Spirit R taillights for my GT through RX8 Upgrades I took the opportunity to also replace the centre stop light at the same time. I have been building up a war chest of parts over the last couple of years and thought it's probably better to fit them rather than have them sitting idle gathering dust.

Happy 8's day people! For you series 2 owners, here's the easiest way I found to change these little suckers. RX8 Upgrades providing the genuine goods as always. Remove the air box/ CAI, remove throttle body and remove the top part of the UIM only, this will get you easy access to the solenoids. Now you could remove them from this point, but removing the oil filler neck along with the vacuum chamber the solenoids mount to makes it FAR easier to change them. This whole job can be done in an afternoon for a mechanically minded person. On reassemble, don't forget to place the vacuum reference back onto the bottom of the manifold (has a green check valve) otherwise no valve will work. Reassemble and enjoy. AUTOEXE Lower Arm Bar (Rear) for Mazda RX8 (Series 1 & 2, 2003-2012)
The rear lower arm bar is very nice and strong. There are 4 pieces two triangular bars for the subframe and two smaller bars that strengthen the rear arm. Overall I'm very happy with the bars. The quality of the autoexe bars are excellant and the packaging and handling of the bars are superb. I found my turn in using the autoexe bar was more responsive then my old Cusco lower arm. As well my rear is more stable when exiting out of corners. The best part about these bars is probably the front member brace and the triangualar rear brace that strengthen up the chassis. Because with my current suspension setup to the max and without my roll cage installed yet, my cars chassis is flexing from the pressure and stress buildup that I put on it at the track. For the price I'm very satisfied. Even though the price isn't cheap and in some cases you can buy a car, but the bars are definatley worth the money.

Big thanks to RX8 Upgrades for great customer service and ultra quick delivery of parts. I picked up some OEM engine mount to replace some worn out ones. Easy to install with with the car on jack stands and wheels off and just jacking up the motor with a block of wood it was done it 30mins.

I went ahead and replaced them on our 2014 Grand Touring AWD after almost 5 years and 60k miles. I know the manual says 75k miles but I figure it was time given the high compression ratio SkyActiv engines and the lots of stop and go seen by this car (my spouse's hour long city commute). I got the Mazda OEM plugs (PE5R-18-110) despite their high cost, given the experience of others on this forum. Very straightforward job: remove the cover, remove the bolts holding the ignition coils, unplug connector for each coil, and remove and replace plugs. After seeing them I'm glad I replaced them.
