AUTOEXE Motion Control Beam Front and Rear for Mazda RX8 (Series 2, 2009-2012)
Night and day difference, even on a bone stock suspension. While installing the AutoExe front strut bar greatly enhanced steering response and turn in, the handling improvements from it was very subtle. Likewise with the AutoExe tie bars installed in the front and back of the car. More solid feel, less suspension parts deflection under cornering loads. These Motion Control Beams took away the vibrations that are slightly felt in the steering wheel from small road surface imperfections. It also took away the bumps felt from pavement gaps and mostly the rumble felt from railway crossings and brick roads. Going through small pot holes and road patches, the stock suspension is finally doing its job to dampen away those bumps and doesn't get fully transmitted throughout the entire car. Big bumps, you don't hear a loud hollow "thump" emanating from the back of the car. Just a solid "thud". The car used to understeer and now it hardly does. It handles quite neutral now, even on bone stock open differential, and did I already say bone stock suspension? This is win win, all around, without sacrificing anything.
HKS Hi-Power Cat-Back Exhaust with Titanium Tip for Mazda RX8 (Series 1 & 2, 2003-2012)
Fits series 2 rx8 also. *borat voice* very nice
Originally I thought the RX-8 logo wheel centers were just too small to make a styling difference. I was wrong. The dark background brings a little bit of contrast to a basically "silver" wheel. Also the three-dimensional aspect of the RX-8 logo wheel center cuts the flat look of the stock centers. Even though they are small I believe they actually give the car a real "sharp" look. Pictures don't do them justice.
This panel is a thing of beauty. Just what I wanted. A million thanks to my darling wife for this awesome birthday present.

Mazda RX8 aftermarket parts Australia owners can explore are available at RX8 Upgrades for maintenance, performance, styling and interior projects. Browse aftermarket and genuine OEM options when replacing a tired component, improving a specific area of the car or refining the overall presentation of your build. Start with the system you are working on, compare the available parts and select options that suit your RX8 and its intended use.
The catalogue is organised around the areas owners commonly update: performance, genuine OEM, styling and interior. This makes it easier to move from a maintenance or replacement job into related upgrades, whether your focus is cooling and reliability, intake and exhaust, suspension and braking, exterior presentation or a cabin refresh. Browse the relevant category to narrow your search to the parts that support the direction of your RX8.
RX8 performance upgrades should suit the purpose of the car rather than chase a one-size-fits-all result. The right components can improve response, control, cooling, consistency, sound or driving feel, depending on the system being updated. Consider how each part works with the rest of your setup and choose upgrades that make sense for your ownership goals.
For components where factory fit, calibration and known-condition reliability matter, a new genuine OEM part is a practical alternative to a used item with an unknown history. Genuine parts help retain the intended fit and function, making them a sensible choice for restoration-minded owners and for reliable replacement work.
Check fitment carefully before ordering, particularly when comparing Series 1 and Series 2 cars. Parts can be specific to a particular version, system or configuration, so confirm the product information against your vehicle before making a final choice. If you are unsure which option applies to your car, seek fitment advice before ordering rather than assuming parts interchange.
RX8 Upgrades is an Australian store focused on the Mazda RX8 platform, bringing performance, OEM replacement, styling and interior options together in one catalogue. That focus helps owners shop by the job at hand instead of searching across unrelated vehicle ranges. From straightforward replacement parts to considered Mazda RX8 mods, the aim is to help you build a car that feels cohesive and properly maintained.
When planning an order, take the time to review the product details and confirm that each part suits your intended project. For questions about fitment, an order or delivery, contact RX8 Upgrades before proceeding so you can make a more informed purchase. RX8 parts are available for performance, genuine OEM replacement, styling and interior projects. This makes it easier to shop around the result you want, from maintenance and reliability-focused work to intake and exhaust changes, suspension and braking upgrades, exterior presentation or a cabin refresh.
The right choice depends on the job and your build goals. New genuine OEM parts suit owners who value factory-correct fit, calibration and known-condition reliability, while aftermarket parts can support targeted upgrades in areas such as response, control, cooling, sound, feel and presentation.
Good RX8 performance upgrades are the ones that match the area of the car you want to improve. Owners commonly focus on cooling and reliability, intake and exhaust, suspension and braking, or other changes intended to improve response, consistency, control, sound or driving feel without relying on blanket performance claims.
Start by identifying the system or area of your RX8 that needs attention, then browse the relevant performance or genuine OEM category. Choosing a new genuine component can provide a known-condition alternative to a used part with an unknown history, while fitment should always be checked before purchase.
