if you want it to handle the best possible on the street without it being harsh it's the way to go. It or Bilstein are the only thing I recommend for coil-overs other than pure race shocks. The B16/PSS9 is the only other one I'd recommend, but if you can afford it the nod goes to hlins.

I used to have the HKS Hi-power with the BHR midpipe when I was NA, and I loved it. It's not quiet but it is no where near as loud as my buddies NA RX-8 with the TurboXS header, midpipe, and catback was. His car was f%^cking loud.

I have the HKS Hi power, absolutely love it. It's much lighter than stock. Got a nice low tone at idle, reasonably quiet at 3.5k rpm around town and doesn't drone much on the highway. It's absolutely ignorant when you get to the redline with a satisfying "Pop POP" between gear changes. Has a unique sort of burble when the RPM's are coming back down.. You will love it too:)
