How to Order

RX8 Upgrades is not your regular ecommerce store. Though we do hold a lot of stock locally, some of our parts ship direct from manufacturers and distributors in Japan, straight to our customers. This enables us to provide a bespoke personal service and access a much broader range of quality parts at a competitive prices you just won’t find in Australia.

STEP 1: Create a List

The first thing to do is head over to our Upgrades page. There you can search and filter our full catalogue to find the perfect upgrade for your RX8. Simply click Add to List when you find the upgrades you are interested in.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? There’s too much to list and we can source many OEM Genuine Mazda Parts and specialist aftermarket parts & customised services from Japan. Please Contact Us and let us know what you’re chasing.

STEP 2: Check 'Your List'

Click on the Your List link in the top right of your screen to see a summary of the upgrades you selected or go the the Your List page. There you can adjust quantities or remove Upgrades as needed and see a subtotal (excluding shipping).

STEP 3: Submit your List for a Quote

Once you’re happy with your List of Upgrades, continue to Get a Quote. You’ll be directed to a page where you can enter your contact info, a delivery address and any special notes for an obligation-free quote

STEP 4: Get your Quote via Email

Within a couple of days, we will email you back with availability and the best possible shipping price we can find. If you’d like to change your quote (add/remove upgrades), simply reply with what you need and we’ll update/resend your quote accordingly.

STEP 5: Ordering & Payment

Your quote from Step 4 will come with an invoice which includes our Bank Details*. If you do decide to go ahead with an order, you can simply reply to let us know and make an Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT) at your convivence.

*We can also provide a secure Credit Card payment link on request. Simply reply to your quote and let us know (fees may apply).

UPGRADE YOUR RX8!

As soon as your funds appear in our accounts, we’ll process your order and arrange delivery ASAP. When your Upgrades have been handed over to the selected shipping provider, we’ll email you a tracking code/link so you can monitor the delivery. You may receive multiple tracking codes in separate emails when orders consist of Upgrades coming from different locations (i.e. within Australia or direct from Japan), or require split deliveries based on availability.
