• All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse orders for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
• Prices shown include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
• Order confirmation emails are not acceptance until payment has cleared and we have dispatched the Product.
• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information.

5. Product Fitment, Use & Safety

• It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility / fitment of any parts purchased. We do not guarantee fitment unless explicitly stated.
• Products should be installed by qualified professionals. Incorrect installation may cause damage or injury.
• Products are subject to wear and tear. Please follow specifications, warnings, and maintenance instructions.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Our Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these terms.

7. Promotions, Marketing & Communications

• By completing checkout, you consent to receive occasional promotional emails when we have new stock or are running promotions.
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of any email.
